After placing your order on our store, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email is generated by Shopify and includes your order number, a summary of your items, and your shipping address. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also track your order status directly through the 'View your order' link in the confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our store (if you created one during checkout).

Unfortunately, due to our automated order processing system, we are usually unable to change the shipping address after an order has been placed. Please double-check your address carefully before submitting your order. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at service@hugcolor.com and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
